Legal services

Litigation, administrative proceedings and arbitration

Clients rely on us in situations where they need to resolve legally and technically complicated disputes that involve large financial or reputational risks. We are involved in the preparation of preliminary factual analyses, consultation and drafting of solutions, mediation, litigation and representation before the general courts and in arbitration, both in domestic and international proceedings.

Our extensive experience also includes representing clients before the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, as well as abroad before the Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, the Arbitration Court at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Court at the HCCR and the ACCR, the Vienna Arbitration Court, the London Arbitration Court and the Arbitration Court at the Prague Stock Exchange.

We have represented clients' interests in dozens of administrative proceedings. We advise on administrative proceedings in many areas, particularly in relation to building authorities, sanitary authorities, labour inspectorates, labour authorities, misdemeanour commissions and professional organisations. We assist in all stages of building permit proceedings, have experience in dealing with objections from parties and prepare the most appropriate strategy for proceeding. We represent clients in a number of court cases concerning the validity of issued permits and the validity or revocation of zoning plans.

We also provide legal services related to the enforcement of court decisions and arbitral awards after the conclusion of proceedings. We cooperate closely with leading enforcement agencies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
