JUDr. David Strapáč, LL.M. attorney-at-law focuses on defending the interests and setting up legal relations of commercial companies as well as representing individuals in courts of justice.

 

David graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he obtained his J.D. degree. He obtained his LL.M. degree specializing in international commercial litigation and arbitration while studying at The University of Melbourne in Australia under the guidance of the most renowned experts in this field.

 

During his practice, David gained experience in the most prestigious law firms within both the Czech and Slovak markets. He has been involved in several major acquisitions, mergers, legal audits, due diligence and related legal services, while also holding executive positions in various companies. He will use all his experience, both in law firms, court proceedings and commercial companies, to your advantage.
